Dana is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with home health experience who has personally led every agency on this team’s journey. Mindy brings a Health Care Administration degree from Dallas Baptist University, multi-market franchise operating experience, and a career that started as a hands-on caregiver. Jason — now one of Embark Care’s co-owners and a board member — built and ran a successful home care agency before partnering with them on Embark. After the agency Dana and Mindy had spent years growing was no longer theirs to lead, Jason was the one who asked them to do it again, this time as their own. Embark Care is their new journey — their fresh start.
