Every year during National Nurses Week, Embark Care celebrates the nurses and healthcare professionals who serve our community by delivering free appreciation lunches directly to their workplaces. No standing in line, no leaving the floor — we bring it to them.
This year marked our 5th Annual Nurse Appreciation Lunch, and it was our biggest event yet: 200 deliveries to healthcare teams across Paris, Texas. The theme — Nacho Average Nurse — because the nurses in our community are anything but ordinary.

What started in 2021 as a small way to say thank you has grown into one of the most anticipated Nurses Week events in the Paris area. From drive-thru taco plates to community-wide deliveries, our annual lunch has become a tradition that brings local businesses and healthcare teams together.
