Respite Care

Temporary or intermittent care that is provided to the client as relief for caregivers.

In-Facility Sitters

For that extra sense of relief, in addition to the facility staff, our caregivers can provide basic ADL assistance and companionship to your loved ones.

Live-In Care

Care provided around the clock by a rotation of caregivers.

Meal Preparation

Preparation of meals and snacks for client’s, based on preference and dietary restrictions. We do not hire personal chefs, but we can bet our caregivers are willing to do their best.

Light Housekeeping

Caregivers can help tidy up the client’s main living and common areas, such as bedroom, personal bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Allowable tasks are discussed at each assessment with the Client and families

Personal Assist Services

Hands on care provided to help a client with normal activities of daily living.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are allowed in a client’s or caregiver’s vehicle depending on the service agreement put in place. This allows our client’s to have someone accompany or take them to appointments, run errands, or just get out the house for some fresh air.

Companionship

Our staff can help with certain light activities of daily living, such as laying clothes out for a client to change into. The primary purpose of companionship care however, is to provide company and spend time with the Client.

Dementia Care

We only provide caregivers in memory care case settings that have experience specific to your loved ones diagnosis, level of care, and preferences.

Payment Programs

At this time we do not accept any medicare or medicaid programs as payment. We will always suggest alternate resources, or refer you to another agency that can help you, even if we can’t. Here are some of the payment programs that we currently work with:

Veterans Pension Program

“Aid & Attendance” is a pension program for Veterans with at least one day of wartime service and an honorable discharge; and/or their surviving spouses. There are certain medical and financial requirements that must be met to qualify. 

Can provide hands on care, homemaker, and transportation 

Transportation – no additional charge if using client’s car – if using caregiver’s car = $.80/mile 

Contracted rate – Veteran receives pension and does not pay out of pocket for allotted hours.

Veterans Affairs

Can provide hands on care, homemaker, and respite

Transportation and errands allowed within allotted service hours

Contracted rate w/ each VA – Client does not pay out of pocket for allotted hours.

Area Agency on Aging​

Eligibility is determined by the Area Agency on Aging staff.

Can provide hands on care, homemaker, or transportation if dictated on authorization – COUNTS TOWARDS HOURS ALLOTTED 

Contracted rate w/ each AAA – Client does not pay out of pocket for allotted hours.

Private Pay

Direct payment agreement between agency and client or financially responsible party for services rendered at the assigned care rate for scheduled hours.

Can create their own schedule – plan of care set up based on client’s needs/requests. 

Transportation – no additional charge if using client’s car – if using caregiver’s car = $.80/mile

Long Term Care Insurance

We are a licensed agency. What does this mean to you? Most insurance companies have a provision that only caregivers from licensed agencies will have services paid through the insurance policy. 

We start by discussing an assignment of benefits upon assessment in order to streamline billing, and have direct contact on behalf of the client for most billing and care related conversations… This ensures the client or family does not have the burden of submitting care note documents or dealing with reimbursements.  

Can create their own schedule – plan of care set up based on client’s needs/requests. 

Transportation – no additional charge if using client’s car – if using caregiver’s car = $.80/mile 

Agency sets up Assignment of Benefits to bill Ins. Co. directly to take the stress off of the client. 

Client is responsible for services until elimination period is met, and until we receive first payment
